Enrollment Process

We’re honored you’re considering Central Christian Academy. Our admissions process is designed to help families and the school prayerfully determine the best fit for each student—academically, socially, and spiritually.

Step 1: Complete an Online Inquiry

Start by contacting our Admissions Office and/or attend one of our 2026 Preview Nights to learn more about our Christ-centered mission, academic program, and campus culture.

Step 2: Submit an Application

Complete the online application and submit required documents (see checklist below). An application fee of $30 will apply.  Applications for new students will be completed using our online application process.  To begin the online application process, click on the button below to create a new account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

After submitting the initial online application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

Step 3: Academic Testing (Kindergarten–9th Grade)

All students entering Kindergarten through 9th grade complete admissions testing. This helps us understand readiness and place students appropriately.

PreK students do not complete academic testing.

Step 4: Shadow Day (1st–9th Grade, After Testing)

Students applying for 1st through 9th grade may participate in a Shadow Day after testing. This gives your child a chance to experience a typical school day and helps us determine the best classroom fit.

Step 5: Family Interview (Kindergarten–9th Grade)

A family interview is required for Kindergarten through 9th grade. This meeting helps confirm shared expectations and partnership between home and school.

Step 6: Admissions Decision & Enrollment

Families are notified once the application file is complete and the admissions process is finished. If accepted, you’ll receive next-step instructions to secure your student’s seat, including the enrollment agreement and enrollment fee/tuition deposit by the stated deadline.
