PreK3

CCA’s goal for our PreK3 program is to provide a learning environment that is safe, nurturing, Christ-centered, and challenging for your child, while creating experiences that are developmentally appropriate.  We seek to prepare children to become independent thinkers and lifelong learners. Children in our program begin to explore learning through activities, interactive play, stories, music, and art. Social development skills such as listening, sharing, playing well with our friends, and following directions are practiced.  We work on numbers, letters, colors and shapes.  Bible lessons and songs are integrated into the daily curriculum.

Class time is from 8:00am until 12:00pm.  Three- and five-day morning programs are available with the option for your child to stay for a full day (8:00am – 2:30pm).  The three-day program has class on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays.  All curriculum is completed by 12:00pm each day.  For those children who attend the full day program, the afternoon activities consist of lunch, nap and additional playtime.  The student-teacher ratio is no more than 12:1 with an aide for each classroom.  Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes with closed-toe shoes.  All PreK3 students must be three years old and completely potty-trained BEFORE September 1.
